Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available in the event of an incorrect order (incorrect cases or incorrect series) being delivered. 
  • Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
  • Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging to ensure it can be resold.
  • Shipping costs will be covered.

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for a refund.
  • To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos or videos demonstrating the problem.
